My family and I were a part of a homeschooling group that lived in one of California's old mining towns this past mother's day weekend. It was incredible, the weather, company and food were superb and the character's that came alive by everyone there were extremely fascinating. I played One-Eyed Charlie, a real legend from CA. She, yes I said she, was known as a man until after they found her dead, everyone was shocked.
